What We Value

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with the following background and experience:

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technology sales, SaaS, or cloud transformation projects.

• 2+ years of experience selling Atlassian Cloud solutions or related platforms such as ServiceNow, Monday.com, Asana, or Freshworks.

• 2+ years of experience in Linux administration and network technologies.

• Proven track record supporting the sales of complex cloud migration initiatives and on-premises to SaaS transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, consultative selling, and value-based sales methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

This position combines pre-sales consulting, solution advisory, and selected customer-facing delivery engagements.

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

• Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations, webinars, and proof-of-value initiatives using Jira Software, Atlassian Collection (Software, Service, Teamwork), Confluence, Guard, Rovo, emerging Atlassian Marketplace technologies, and solutions from strategic partners.

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements, including discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution architecture design, licensing recommendations, scope definition, and technical contributions to commercial proposals.

• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand customer challenges and design tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions.

• Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and commercial leadership to create compelling business and technical proposals.

• Design solutions that combine knowmad mood's service portfolio, partner technologies, and delivery capabilities to meet each customer's unique business requirements.

• Stay up to date with Atlassian Cloud innovations, cloud services, AI-powered capabilities, advanced analytics, cybersecurity trends, and application modernization initiatives.

Technical Advisory & Delivery

• Deliver technical services to selected customers using technologies such as Digital.ai TeamForge.

• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, organizational priorities, and digital transformation strategies.

• Provide expert guidance on best practices, governance, adoption, and optimization of cloud-based collaboration and service management platforms.

Sales & Business Development Support

Support the identification, qualification, and development of new business opportunities related to:

• Migrations from third-party vendors and Data Center environments to Atlassian Cloud.

• Cloud-first Atlassian implementations, optimization projects, and managed services.

• Atlassian business solutions across IT, Operations, Human Resources, PMO, and other business areas.

• Application modernization initiatives, cloud transformation programs, and complex system integration projects.

• Digital.ai TeamForge transformation and modernization engagements.

Additionally, you will:

• Act as the primary technical lead during opportunity qualification and proposal development.

• Coordinate effectively with sales, solution architecture, delivery, and partner teams to ensure successful customer engagement strategies.

• Contribute to the growth of the Atlassian practice by identifying emerging market opportunities and innovative solution approaches.
